    Nice

The breakfast was good and extensive, and the rooms were clean and nicely done. the location of the hotel was also convenient and close to the center of town and ski area. One of the best aspects was the SPA, which was fabulously designed and offered a variety of relaxing treatments.

The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. They did not show any understanding or flexibility when it came to accommodating for unexpected situations, such as a delayed arrival time.

I had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel! The newly renovated venue exceeded my expectations, especially the top floor sauna and jacuzzies. It was truly fantastic to relax in the sauna while watching the snowfall outside. The staff at this family-owned hotel were incredibly attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Even as a couple without children, we felt right at home here.

The location of the hotel was great - quiet yet close to the center of town and nearby attractions. However, there were a few buildings within view and some construction happening during our stay.

Newly renovated venue, fantastic sauna and jacuzzies, very friendly staff, great location close to center and skibus stop, fabulous spa, tasty food.

Nothing I didn't like to be fair.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and caring, making sure I felt looked after during my stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the newly renovated SPA on the top floor with saunas and jacuzzies. The location was great - quiet yet close to the town center and ski bus stop just 20 meters away.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Located in the beautiful mountains, this hotel offers a wide array of facilities and services. Rooms are clean and well-maintained, with cozy beds and modern amenities. the breakfast buffet is exceptional, offering a variety of delicious dishes. Guests can indulge in the sauna and hot tub on the top floor, which comes with a stunning view of the snowy mountains. the staff is friendly and attentive, ready to take care of all your needs.

The hotel's bar may lack a modern touch in terms of music and ambiance.

We had an amazing New Year's Eve week at this family resort. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide selection of delicious food and drinks. The location was perfect, with easy access to the slopes and nearby attractions. We also enjoyed the cozy and renovated rooms with stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

We also noticed some housekeeping issues, such as towels being left on the ground and glasses not being cleared from tables promptly. while there were some minor issues, we would still recommend this hotel for its great location and comfortable accommodations.
